The successful contractor will have the following experience: A total of 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of experience in architecting and/or developing and delivering end to end products/solutions. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in managing teams Expertise in providing operationally critical technology services on the industrial solution side. Experience in Compute and storage of Datacenters for large scale industries for automated environment and production purposes. Experience in building solutions which can be horizontally scalable, distributed, resilient, fault tolerant and monitored. Expertise in modern technology patterns eg On prime (SaaS, PaaS, HCI etc.), Hybrid & Cloud Datacenter solutions Virtualisation and Containerization (VMware, Docker) for modern warehouses, automated outdoor terminals, IOT and Asset Digitalization. Experience in building solutions in an agile/DevOps environment as well as managing teams in that space Good understanding of device attributes hereunder performance of equipment under circumstances of industrial environment The ability to continually identify team improvements (retrospective analysis, maturity assessments and OKR's and KPI's) An understanding of the trade-off between technical investments and continual delivery of business outcome The ability to provide direction, support and guidance for others hereunder mentor, code-review and contribute to product development Independently lead solution design and estimation Understanding infrastructure industry trends and relevant innovations in solution delivery methods Experience with Information Security management - Maintain the data confidentiality & integrity and relevant compliance of information systems.
