Implementations and Training TechnicianFareham, Hampshire £40-45k Permanent 37.5 hrs (Mon-Fri)Hybrid working after probation BUPA & Pension

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an Implementation and Training Technician to support client deployments, deliver training, and assist with technical project work. This is a client-facing role involving on-site visits across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

• Carry out site visits for installations, troubleshooting and client training.
• Deliver software demonstrations and support sales presentations.
• Provide remote and in-person training and respond to training queries.
• Assist with project planning, scoping, and stakeholder communication.
• Test software/systems, manage imaging processes, deploy APIs, and support cloud-hosted environments.
• Contribute to security, compliance, and software release management.
• Produce documentation and provide handovers to support teams.
• Complete occasional out-of-hours tasks (TOIL provided) and identify upsell opportunities.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with desktop/server OS and SQL Server.
• Experience delivering training (remote and face-to-face).
• Recent experience in a similar technical role.
• Flexibility for UK travel and overnight stays.

Desirable Skills

• Networking and hardware familiarity.
• Azure experience.
• App deployment knowledge.
