1st Line Support Rolling contract100% On site in Bournemouth Start ASAPYour new companyWe are seeking an individual to support a large-scale mobile device rollout of approximately 1,500 devices. This role will be offered on a rolling monthly contract and will focus on preparing, protecting, and recording devices to ensure a smooth deployment process. Your new role

• Apply screen protectors and fit protective cases to mobile devices.
• Record all devices accurately in the asset management database.
• Insert SIM cards and log them against the corresponding devices in the database.
• Update and prepare phones for configuration and deployment.
• Ensure all devices are handled with care and prepared to company standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistency.
• Basic IT literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Reliability and commitment to meeting rollout deadlines.
