IT Support - ERP

IT Support - ERPLocation: Wrexham area - LL12Hybrid work pattern (1 - 2 days per week onsite)Salary: £35k - £40kIT support professional required by large scale multi-site business with a base in Wrexham.This role will have responsibility for supporting the ERP system - Sage 200, the ideal candidate for this role will have experience supporting Sage 200 ERP system at 2nd line level.IT Support - ERP role

• Triage and troubleshoot ERP - Sage 200 user queries
• Conduct bug fixes
• Continuous improvement of system processes
• Documentation
• Gathering user requirements
• Manage 3rd party relationships

About you

• Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems, specifically Sage 200
• Proven experience in application support (SQL Server etc)
• Proven experience in IT Support environment
• Natural problem solving skills
• Analytical mindset
• Strong communication style
