We're looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to take charge of technology initiatives that keep our business secure, efficient, and future-ready. You'll manage infrastructure, networks, and security while driving innovation and delivering projects that matter.

What You'll Do

• Oversee IT operations across infrastructure, networks, applications, and security.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party providers.
• Lead IT projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide clear reporting on IT performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with teams to implement best-practice solutions.
• Manage the IT team of 4 including 1 in India.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on capability when needed.
