Repair Engineers - Short-Term Contract
Location: Droitwich
Duration: 2-3 weeks (initially for 2 engineers)
Day Rate: 145- 160 (depending on experience)
About the Role:
TXP are looking for experienced Repair Engineers to join our Repair Lab, handling corporate devices that require typical end-user damage repairs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on laptops and IT devices
• Common tasks include:
  • Palm rest replacements
  • Screen and LCD cover replacements
  • Board and fan replacements
  • Run onboard diagnostics to ensure successful repair

Preferred Skillset:

• Strong hardware repair experience
• Previous hands-on work replacing screens and similar components
• Practical repair expertise

Working Hours:

• Standard: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (7.5-hour day with 30-min break)
• Hour can be flexible: Site open until 6:00 PM (e.g., 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM if preferred)
