The Person Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of process flow from raw materials through to finished products, including procurement, planning, production, quality testing, packaging, and distribution. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Confident user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with databases or QMS software essential. Ability to manipulate and analyse data. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a busy manufacturing environment. Essential understanding of ISO 9100 and/or ISO 9120 principles or similar quality systems. Typical Background Previous experience in an administrative or quality support role within manufacturing or engineering. Knowledge of quality documentation, auditing, or compliance desirable.
