What you'll be doing Providing 2nd/3rd line IT support in line with SLAs, covering connectivity issues, system outages, incident response, and critical upgrades Administering network, server, and security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring tools Coordinating and participating in vulnerability testing, security assessments, and remediation activity Implementing and managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure (Azure or AWS, virtualisation, identity, and access management) Operating and testing backup schedules, disaster recovery procedures, and restoration processes Monitoring systems and resolving issues proactively Managing software licensing across the business Delivering technical projects, upgrades, and migrations Overseeing patching, system maintenance, and lifecycle management Creating and maintaining documentation for systems, processes, and configurations Embedding security best practice across IT operations Acting as a technical liaison with external partners and suppliers This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and being at the heart of supporting and improving business-critical technology.
