This role is crucial as one of the three main points of contact for all tech support. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing mobile technology and covering both hardware and software used within the school, supporting our Teaching and Learning division. Day-to-day of the role: Serve as one of the primary points of contact for all service desk tickets. Provide first and second-line technical support to staff and pupils, ensuring efficient resolution of issues. Prioritise support calls effectively and escalate complex issues to the Systems Manager as necessary. Support mobile technology along with other hardware and software systems used within the school.
