1st Line Support Engineer MSP Environment Near Coventry £25,000-£27,000 + Progression + Training

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing 1st line support to a wide range of clients across the UK
  • Troubleshooting issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware
  • Escalating complex tickets to senior engineers
  • Helping maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores

What we're looking for:

  • 6-18 months' experience in an IT support role (ideally MSP or multi-customer)
  • Solid understanding of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365
  • Confident communicator who enjoys solving problems and learning new tech
  • Full UK driving licence (occasional client visits)
