£90,000 - £95,000 + car allowance

Sanderson Recruitment are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives within an Agile environment for a key client. This role is critical in aligning cross-functional teams, managing portfolio-level planning, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio and quarterly planning across multiple teams and projects
• Facilitate program-level meetings, discovery sessions, and delivery roadmaps
• Monitor and mitigate program and project risks, ensuring alignment across business units
• Oversee resource planning, progress tracking, and status reporting to senior leadership
• Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to maintain product and feature roadmaps
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and project delivery processes

Requirements:

• Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams and offshore collaboration
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP certification required; Certified Scrum Master preferred
