Data Architect

Data Architect- Bradford/Remote-Hybrid Working Policy - up to £70000 + package

Hays Technology are looking for a Data Architect to join our exciting and established large private sector client in Bradford. The successful applicant will be joining a global leader with a track record of supporting personal and career growth ambitions.

What you will be doing:
As the Data Architect, you will be playing a key middle managerial role within the IT department and wider Data team. You will promote best practice across the team, work closely with the Head of Information Governance to define and execute the Data Strategy, and act as the authorative source for promoting solutions.

The typical tasks of this role will include:

• Creating and maintaining the Data Directory
• Building and maintaining a data model and metadata repository solution
• Being a proactive member of the Organisation's architecture review board
• Ownership of Data Standards for how the Organisation structure, store and process Data
• Liaising across the organisation to produce Enterprise level Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data models
• Responsibility for defining and maintaining architectural Data standards, Data definitions, and the integration/ interface models

Who you will be working for:

What we are looking for:

• You will have prior experience with SAP or another ERP system
• You will have prior experience of setting up Data Architecture frameworks
• You will have prior Data Modelling Experience
• AWF certification or TOGAF qualifications
• Cloud and Azure experience would also be beneficial
