One of the countries international players is seeking a motivated candidate to fill a Desktop Support role. You will be working in their hands-on IT Tech department supporting the companies internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical IT queries

• Management of Active Directory users & computers

• Remote support of switching routers, hardware, and Wi-Fi

Desired Skills:

• Professional telephone manner

• Willingness to learn new applications and processes

• Focused and able to work alone or within a team

• Ability to work to strict deadlines

• Experience of Microsoft Windows 10

• A good understanding of ICT hardware, & preferably software

• A basic understanding of Microsoft based networking technologies
