An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our client, a Global Law Firm on a fixed term contract until Feb 2023. There is flexibility around the location of this position.

Our client is going through a large global transformation, introducing world class technologies including SuccessFactors.

With the above in mind, our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in the delivery of this important project.

This position would suit an experienced Project manager with experience of large HR system implementation, ideally SuccessFactors.

Key Duties:

* Defining and delivering all required technical workstream deliverables.
* The project management of the technical activities and ensuring that these are delivered to time, quality and budget and in accordance with the overall programme schedule.
* Developing and managing plans and schedules for the technical workstream and ensuring that these align with the overall programme plan.
* Building and nurturing relationships with SME's, process owner, IT Teams, suppliers and other programme and firm key stakeholders.
* Escalating issues which cannot be resolved by the stream to the Programme Director.
* Working closely with the implementation partner to ensure a co-ordinated delivery.

Key Experience:

* 5 years of experience of technical project management in an ERP or similar programme, ideally with experience of SuccessFactors or SAP implementations. Experience of HR programmes would be an advantage;
* Experience of end-to-end business change programmes in a technical project management role;
* Strong understanding of the technical requirements to deliver a large, complex technology-led change programme;
* Proven project management and delivery skills;
* Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams of effort in parallel;
* Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team oriented environment;
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment;
* Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills;
