Tank have been engaged by a client of ours to recruit for a Service Desk Engineer on a 3 month contract based in Exeter. This will be Inside IR35 so will be an Umbrella Engagement.
- Experience of working in an IT and Networking environment
- Demonstrates an aptitude for technical learning and the ability to support & experience in Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10. Office 2010, 2013 & 365. Skype for Business
- Experience of working in a customer facing role such as a Service Desk
- Experience of Service Desk software such as Heat/FreshService
- Experience of working in a diversified IT environment with an aptitude for understanding current IT infrastructure & networks
- Ability to engage with a variety of people at all levels & with different levels of IT skills & knowledge
- Full and valid driving licence
