SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

Our client is a well established start up business developing plant based foods.

SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant responsibilities;

  • Manage day to day delivery of the SAP Success Factors system
  • Manage, execute and deliver full life cycle HR technology and service delivery transformation programs
  • Manage all HR business processes and service, change requests and system updates for the areas you are responsible for
  • Lead on the compensation, talent and performance modules in SuccessFactors
  • Constructive challenge and robust advise to the design authority

SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant experience;

  • At least 5 years of SuccessFactors
  • Ideally 3 years at management level
  • Certification in Payroll
  • Ability to understand the business requirement and manage the conversion of them into best practice SuccessFactors enabled design, configuration/functional - specifications
