SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant
Our client is a well established start up business developing plant based foods.
SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant responsibilities;
- Manage day to day delivery of the SAP Success Factors system
- Manage, execute and deliver full life cycle HR technology and service delivery transformation programs
- Manage all HR business processes and service, change requests and system updates for the areas you are responsible for
- Lead on the compensation, talent and performance modules in SuccessFactors
- Constructive challenge and robust advise to the design authority
SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant experience;
- At least 5 years of SuccessFactors
- Ideally 3 years at management level
- Certification in Payroll
- Ability to understand the business requirement and manage the conversion of them into best practice SuccessFactors enabled design, configuration/functional - specifications
