They want a Lead Digital Product Manager (UX, Mobile app (iOS or Android)) to join their SCALING growth and shape the direction of the product function. You'd be building this from the ground up and would be the the FIRST Product hire. That means you'd be someone who is a real go-getter that is passionate about product and making an impact.

You'd have ownership of the product roadmap and provide innovative product leadership to the tech teams in order to manage the website and mobile apps to ensure a slick customer experience.

Ideally to come into the Lead Product Manager (UX, Mobile app (iOS or Android)) role, you're have:

• Have at least 4 years experience as Product Manager within a similar role
• Have experience managing a team of UX/UI designers or working closely with this team
• Have experience with developing a mobile app (iOS or Android) and/or website
• Have a passion for product
• Be decisive and courageous - you'll be the go-to for a lot of decisions!
• Be a good communicator and have the customer in the forefront of your decision making

This role is for someone that enjoys the fast-paced, adrenaline filled environment and wants to really put their stamp on things from day one.

The role is based in Leicestershire but offer remote working to suit you! They have commutable routes from Nottingham.
