The role:

We are currently seeking a .Net Backend Software Developer to be part of the our Alloy Development Team. The role is directed at someone happy to apply design principles to write code that does not just "work" but that is scalable and maintainable.

We suggest applying for the position if you are looking for something that will put those forward thinking and KISS principles to the test. Something that is far from your run of the mill Web Api to read and write a few static resources to a database. Something that is not only fun and interesting from the technical point of view, but that has the potential to have a large positive impact on the world we live in.

We would like to make clear that the role is challenging and requires a strong capability and passion to design generic software which is highly flexible and can work in a vast amount of scenarios instead of being coded for a handful of use cases.

Required skills:

• 3+ years .Net Framework/Core experience
• Self sufficient
• Strong OO development knowledge
• Good understanding of software patterns
• Git experience
• BSc Computing/Computer Science or related
• Excellent communication skills

Desired skills:

• MongoDb experience
• Web Api and Rest'ful service design
