The Role

You'll be joining other 2nd Line IT professionals who deliver support and excellent customer service to the clients. You will be responsible to work efficiently and effectively within your team to ensure that the correct application, configuration, and development is delivered to the clients. Furthermore, you'll be responsible to provide support for the latest tech, including Microsoft, Office 365 and VMware/HyperV. This role offers working from home and working patterns best suited for you! Also, you'll be given the opportunity to gain qualifications and certifications!
