Location: London / Milton Keynes - Hybrid working The ideal candidate will hold an active security clearance and have a strong background in Microsoft 365 support & engineering, demonstrating the following skills and experience: Extensive experience in second-line support, with a solid understanding of 365 incident management and resolution within secure public sector environments. Experience in diagnosing 365 issues, improving time-to-resolution, and creating resolution pathways to reduce queue times, backlogs, and avoidable escalations to third-line support. Proven ability to manage 365 Service Requests and Incidents in accordance with Service Level Targets. Significant experience in developing and maintaining operational documentation, including runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
