Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with managers and frontline teams to define KPIs and success measures. Implement robust statistical and research methods to validate results data. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and refine system requirements. Ensure compliance with data protection legislation and alignment with the organisation's mission. Develop and implement best practice frameworks for data collection, validation, and storage. Support operational teams to maintain consistent and accurate data entry. Lead the development of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality across all programmes and services. Essential Criteria: Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience/certification). Significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence , or data management data , ideally within a mission-driven or multi-stakeholder environment. Proven experience managing large-scale IT/data system design and implementation projects. Strong working knowledge of key analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau. Experience developing, managing, and reporting on performance measures or impact data.
