Collaborating with tech teams to integrate data sources from the company platform and Microsoft ecosystem. Preparing data sets for AI interrogation to enhance reporting and user interaction. Conducting business analysis to identify reporting improvements and process automation opportunities. Designing and maintaining automated workflows using Power Automate. Supporting users with Power BI and Excel to enable self-service capabilities.
