We're seeking a skilled Data Architect to design, manage, and optimise our data architecture, turning complex data into actionable insights. You'll work across the organisation to support service improvement, policy development, and strategic decisions while promoting a strong data-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and synthesise data from multiple sources to inform decisions and strategy. Collaborate with data professionals, stakeholders, and domain experts to deliver clear, actionable findings. Maintain and enhance data models, business intelligence architecture, and data quality standards. Implement and monitor data governance, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards. Visualise data effectively, presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Use tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Qlik, MS Excel, and GIS software. Solve complex data problems with logical and creative thinking. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience in data architecture, modelling, and visualisation. Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all organisational levels. Knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an IT Network Specialist, with a positive attitude and a commitment to professional service delivery to working within the Networks specialism of the Technical Support Group, with a future technical focus evolving in accordance with business requirements. You will work on an industry-standard blend of SLA-based reactive work (e.g. reviewing/resolving daily alerts and performing manual checks; responding to faults and change requests, assessing and fulfilling incoming customer requirements) and planned work within a structured environment (e.g. standards development; compliance maintenance, assurance and remediation; solution design and implementation; delivery of capacity management and refresh programmes). You will need experience of working in a similar networking role and have experience of a wide range of network management processes, technologies, tools and associated infrastructure in order to assume day-to-day responsibility for design, implementation and ongoing support of our clients' wide-ranging network infrastructure systems, much of which is critical to their public-facing business operations. Our client WAN, LAN, and WLAN network services include lines, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, virtual private networks, switches, access points and associated management systems. The ability to install, configure, maintain and support these services are essential for this role. Extensive knowledge and experience of: Knowledge of Cloud solutions such as Azure, AWS WAN - Juniper SRX Service Gateways, MPLS technologies including EFM and ADSL. TCP/IP, Ethernet, Routing - OSPF, BGP, VRRP, IP LAN - Knowledge of Brocade FCX / ICX Switching & Routing Switching Protocols - STP/RSTP, MCT, ISL, LACP implementations. Data Centre - Brocade VDX environment, Juniper QFX Security - Cisco ASA, CheckPoint R80 Firewall Network Monitoring & Management - Solarwinds Cisco Experience in writing low-level solution designs around network solutions
