Ideally with 5+ years commercial development experience and a working knowledge of Craft and WordPress as well as App development expertise (React Native preferred). This position will head-up back-end development for client projects and our growing portfolio of Software as a Service (SaaS), as well as overseeing a network of off-shore freelancers and an internal team of service and back-end developers. We’re seeking a Full-stack Service Developer to take responsibility for our growing portfolio of serviced, hosted and maintained websites. We’re looking for a developer who will look after these websites with the same care and attention they would their children. They should be a PHP developer, with working knowledge of Laravel, Craft CMS and WordPress, knowledge of VueJS and/or React Native would be an additional bonus. We’re looking for candidates who take pride in maintaining bug free sites and apps, with a serious level of attention to detail. Ideally with 2+ years development experience. To guarantee we provide an outstanding customer experience the Service Developer will maintain a rolling program of site audits and code tests ensuring we give our client sites the care and attention they deserve. They will also be responsible for features and functionality updates as requested by clients as well as ensuring we adhere to the terms of our client SLAs. The ideal candidate will have front-end and back-end code experience. They will work closely with the Service Digital Project Manager, DevOps Developers and junior developers. Your role will be to assist the front-end development of applications for both our clients and our own SaaS products. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects for both local, national and multi-national clients.  A Front End Developer is passionate about great UX and digital design and dedicated to writing clean and  maintainable code. It’s important that you, are bright, energetic, conscientious and show a desire to learn about new technology and ‘best practice’ development and coding. Essential skills for the role are an excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS, working with SaSS, Bootstrap, Adobe Create Suite, Sketch and InVision.
