The successful candidate will provide high-level technical assistance and support, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, software, and hardware. This role will be a full-time position based out of our Silchester office with around 60% of your time spent at customer sites (majority within a 50 miles radius of Silchester) Specific responsibilities include: End-to-end project delivery, providing solution implementation, project management and pre/post-project support Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
