I am currently partnering with a Global Food and Beverage business to appoint an Organisation Design Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact People function and play a key role in shaping how the business operates across its global markets. Based - Central London - Full Time Hybrid 3/2 Salary - £70k-£80k plus bens and bonus Acting as a strategic internal consultant, this role will focus on strengthening and evolving the organisation's operating model to ensure it is designed to deliver the company's long-term strategy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across corporate and regional teams to diagnose organisational challenges, optimise structures and drive organisational performance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Organisation Design & Operating Model Enablement - Partner with corporate and regional leadership teams to diagnose organisational challenges and identify opportunities to improve operating model effectiveness. -Lead the design of enterprise-level organisational structures, including spans and layers, governance frameworks and design principles. -Assess how work flows across the organisation, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities and accountabilities. - Use data and insight to provide recommendations that enhance organisational agility, performance and scalability. Organisation Effectiveness & Diagnostics -Conduct organisational diagnostics, including spans and layers analysis, structural cost assessments and capability mapping. -Evaluate operating model effectiveness and identify barriers to decision-making, accountability and performance. -Define success metrics to measure the impact and ROI of organisational initiatives. -Partner with HR and regional leadership teams to embed continuous improvement practices. Structural Governance & Job Architecture -Maintain and evolve the organisation's global job architecture framework, including job families and classifications. -Provide governance for structural changes to ensure alignment with enterprise design principles. -Advise on regional organisational design proposals, balancing global consistency with local flexibility. Regional Operating Model Support -Build strong relationships with regional People leaders to understand business priorities and local market dynamics. -Provide advisory support on organisation design and operating model evolution tailored to regional needs. -Facilitate the sharing of best practices and benchmarking across regions. Change & Transformation -Support organisation redesign initiatives and operating model transformations from a people and change perspective. -Ensure change impacts are clearly understood and effectively managed through stakeholder engagement and communication. -Support leaders in embedding new ways of working, including governance structures, decision rights and accountabilities. HR Technology & Continupus Improvement - Contribute to the development of the HRIS and People technology roadmap to support organisation design integrity. -Partner with Digital & Technology teams to improve data quality, streamline processes and enhance digital optimisation. - Champion digital fluency and continuous improvement across the People function. Our client is looking for an experienced organisation design professional who is comfortable working in complex, global environments and partnering with senior stakeholders. This is a key role for a technically strong Workday professional with deep expertise across integrations, data remediation, and enterprise HR systems. The successful candidate will lead the design, delivery, stabilisation, and governance of Workday integrations across Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and other connected platforms, while also driving critical data quality and remediation activities.
