IT Manager 6 month contract Outside IR35 (Apply online only) (DOE) Hybrid I'm currently working with a client in the education sector who is seeking an experienced IT Manager for an initial 6-month contract . This role requires someone who can quickly take ownership of their IT operations, lead a small team and maintain a secure, reliable technology environment. You must have experience working within an education setting - ideally within a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) The Role You'll be responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance and enhancement of the organisation's digital systems, networking infrastructure and MIS applications. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, delivering IT projects and providing strong technical leadership. Contract IT Project Manager - Multi Academy Trust Projects Location: UK-wide / Hybrid Contract: Initial 6-12 months Day Rate: 500 (inside IR35) Currently on the lookout for experienced IT Project Managers for upcoming contract roles within Multi Academy Trusts across the UK. These projects will suit technically-minded PMs who can bridge the gap between strategy and delivery, not just managing timelines, but driving the technical detail too. Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst Contract: 6 months Rate: 400- 500 per day (depending on experience) Location: Hybrid, London-based office and remote working Panoramic Associates are supporting a Borough Coucnil with a Project Manager / Business Analyst role, to support delivery of a Financial Operations programme. The role will focus on improving debt recovery performance across a range of service areas, coordinating workstreams, and expanding into new areas. Working closely with finance leadership, service teams, and business intelligence specialists, you'll provide hands-on project delivery and analytical support to ensure measurable outcomes and benefits are achieved. In this role you will: Support mobilisation and delivery of multiple workstreams within the programme. Maintain and update project documentation including delivery plans, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards. Coordinate programme boards and ensure the projects are kept on track and reported accurately. Track performance, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues if required Analyse operational and financial data to identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement. Document processes, highlight inefficiencies, and support the design of improved workflows. Contribute to business cases and benefits tracking to support strategic decision-making. Prepare reports, dashboards, and scorecards for senior stakeholders. What we're looking for: Essential Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, dashboards). Proven experience supporting or delivering projects within a Local Authority Familiarity with project management tools and techniques (RAID logs, RAG status, Gantt charts). Experience using Power BI to build or maintain dashboards. Knowledge of debt recovery processes or financial systems (e.g. Oracle, NEC). IT Technician South West 6 month contract 150 pd (Inside IR35) We're working with a forward-thinking Multi Academy Trust looking for an IT Technician to support their schools with day-to-day technical operations. Skills & responsibilities: Keeping systems running, supporting staff and students, and helping deliver a smooth digital learning experience. Provide first and second-line IT support (hardware, software, and networks). Support Office 365, user accounts, and classroom technology. Troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed. Assist with upgrades, installs, and Trust-wide IT projects. Network upgrades. Experience: Experience in a school or multi-site IT support role (desirable but not essential).
