Market Data SME with Contract/Vendor Management experience - London and remote - 3-6 months+ One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Market Data SME with Contract/Vendor Management experience. For this role you will need to be onsite in London 2-3 days per week. Please find some details below: Seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in Market Data contract management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Market Data vendors and a proven ability to read, interpret, and extract key data from complex commercial contracts with precision and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret Market Data contracts to extract and document key commercial terms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate extracted data and ensure alignment with business needs. Analyze contract data to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential budget risks. Maintain accurate records of contract terms and usage rights. Liaise with Market Data vendors to clarify contract terms and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. Required Skills & Experience: Commercial Contract Analysis: Demonstrated expertise in reading and interpreting commercial contracts, particularly those related to Market Data products and services. Market Data Knowledge: Subject Matter Expert (SME) level understanding of Market Data products, services, and industry best practices. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in extracting and documenting data points from contracts. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to assess contract terms and identify financial implications. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors to support contract validation and data gathering efforts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Market Data platforms and tools (eg, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, etc.) Familiarity with contract management systems and License data management tools. Please find some details below: Assignment Description Resource should have PSC (Personal Security Clearance). Strong knowledge of the OWASP, SANS top 25, WASC security Standards and detailed knowledge of common web application attack vectors such as SQL injection, CSRF, XSS, Session Management issues, Direct Object reference, Click jacking, buffer overflows, etc. Experience in manual Application/Network penetration testing.
