Senior Engineering Manager - Hybrid - Surrey (1 office day per week) - Perm - £90-100K An excellent opportunity to be at the heart of a significant transformation within a legacy engineering team; creating a DevOps function and then leading the team through the transition and migration to a modern stack. Taking responsibility for both an Ops team (of 5-6) and an Engineering team (3-4), you'll initially build them into a combined DevOps function to manage the ongoing development and maintenance of the business's core product. Built on Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS and .net/web application stacks, the product is the source of the bulk of the company's revenue and is mission critical. In addition to the BAU work of establishing a combined DevOps function and managing the ongoing product development, you will be responsible (in conjunction with the CTO and other technical teams) for starting to break up the product and migrate it to a modern cloud stack, alongside the other company products. This will involve the ability to manage significant change; both the team integration, and then migrating services from legacy to cloud platforms, retraining developers and sysops, and over time migrating the entire product away from the current environment. The long term aim for this role is to own the core product and DevOps team in the new, modern environment. The role will need a day a week in the office in Surrey. This is a genuine opportunity to get hands-on with a modern Azure and Snowflake-based stack, working alongside a collaborative data team that's actively investing in better tooling, cleaner pipelines, and smarter ways of turning data into decisions. M365 Lead - London (hybrid 1dpw) - £75K+ - Permanent role Lead a small team and manage external partners to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects across a multi-year M365 transformation. Based in London, this financial services business is engaged in a large and complex cloud transformation. As part of that work, they have a multi-year roadmap for M365. With a small internal team and third party offshore partners delivering the bulk of the technical work, they are looking for an experienced candidate to join them to lead the team and manage the partners. You'll need to be an experienced candidate with deep technical know-how across the M365 landscape; Exchange, Sharepoint, InTune, SCCM, Teams and AVD plus other relevant technologies. You'll have had previous experience of implementing 365, and migrating from existing on-prem systems into new cloud environments. You don't need to have had significant managerial experience - this is an opportunity to grow your skills in that area - but working directly with stakeholders, challenging and managing the work of external vendors, and scoping and agreeing roadmaps will be a core part of your skill set, alongside your technical capability. ServiceNow Administrator - Glasgow (Hybrid) - Perm - £45-55K An opportunity to join a small team with a global remit for enterprise applications in a fast growing mid-sized business. Based in Glasgow you'll need to be in the office 2-3 days a week. The job is platform ownership and administration across a suite of enterprise applications - primarily ServiceNow, but also including Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Azure and Intune. You will manage configuration, oversee releases and patches, handle escalations beyond first-line support, and maintain the documentation, automation and training to reduce repeat queries. You will own a small portfolio of applications and will take functional responsibility for configuration and changes. You'll need a background as a systems administrator, and particular experience with ServiceNow: you'll have strong communication skills and background working directly with teams, users and stakeholders, as well as experience working with vendors and partners to resolve bigger outages and manage upgrades and improvements. You don't need development experience but a good technical understanding of the applications is important. The right person will have hands-on administration experience in at least one of the core platforms, a working knowledge of ITIL service management principles, and the organisational ability to manage multiple workstreams without dropping things.
