We are recruiting for a Software Engineer to work for our client based in Leamington Spa,
Our client develop high level control strategies in a model based design environment. These strategies need to interface and integrate with Transmission Control Unit (TCU) base software. You will lead code generation and software build activities, interfacing with suppliers based across the world.
A snapshot of some of the responsibilities are below:
- Guide, support and conduct the interfacing and integration between high and low level software across multiple projects
- Lead software build process development (hex file and a2l file generation)
- Support Toolchain for code generation and model quality
- Estimate, plan and manage software integration activities
- Liaise with software engineers to share best practice and process
- Develop and maintain relationships with the wider software engineering teams
- You will have excellent communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure quick learner willing to find answers collaborative very strong interpersonal skills self-motivated keen in exploring new (i.e. automotive) challenging data sets positive attitude good attention to details
Successful candidates will be:
- Working knowledge of - Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow, Embedded Coder/RTW, C language, Code generation, Microcontrollers, CCP, CAN, AUTOSAR, MISRA C
- Some knowledge of - Targetlink, dSPACE HiL, CANape, J1939, Debugging tools
- Good communicator
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate an ability to estimate and to plan tasks
- Self-driven person who can work independently

My client is seeking a BizTalk application developer to help support the implementation & upgrade to BizTalk 2013. You will be working in support of the technical solutions team and will help support the project, functional specs & solution design documentation. You will be the escalation point to my client's support team at 3rd line if problems / bugs are not resolved. Ideally you will have taken part in a project / deployment and upgrade of BizTalk 2013 and worked with Enterprise Architects who are designing solution from its current application state to new applications. Knowledge of BizTalk 2010 and 2013, full development life cycle, C# development and Orchestrations or Mapping is essential. Working within an ITIL environment is essential and ideally certified or been on relevant BizTalk training courses.

Responsible for the planning, delivery and success of all I.T. programmes, projects and change
management including robust CRM, dataflow management, billing, debt, complaints and asset management systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the IT strategy, understand the company`s requirements, lead the tender process with vendors and enable the migration from current platforms to a sustainable platform;
- Creation, ownership and programme management of the project pipeline including integration of 3rd party accounting, key systems and workflow management, continuous system improvements and supporting regulatory initiatives;
- As a Senior Leader, playing a key part in the development of the business` ongoing development. Strategic decision maker across the whole business, influencing acquisition and growth plans, operational decisions and leading improvement in business performance;
- Owner of IT risk analysis model, mitigation and management of risk through identification, planning and prioritisation;

- Responsibility of departmental annual budget plan. Leadership of a team of permanent and contracted project managers, business analysts, testers, PMO office members, M.I. and system developers to plan;
