Ensure CMDB/PLM systems are maintained in a suitable operational state. Handle document control, quality checks, internal and external distribution, and structure creation within the CMDB. Respond to and support CADM-related queries from project stakeholders. Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives within the CADM function. Coordinate the creation and management of configuration structures such as BOMs and Product Trees. Manage Configuration Control Boards including initiation, assessment, facilitation, agendas, and reporting. Develop and improve CM processes and support system tool enhancements. Create and maintain Configuration and Data Management Plans, and Change Management Plans for specific projects. Monitor workload and resource allocation for assigned projects. Liaise with customers to ensure configuration requirements are met without negative impact on cost or schedule. Essential Skills and Experience Strong knowledge of Configuration Management principles: identification, structure, change, baseline, status accounting, and audits. Experienced with PLM/PDM tools Proficiency in MS Office and file/data management software. Good understanding of the product lifecycle. Experience in setting up CM processes on new projects. High level of digital literacy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Eligibility to work with ITAR-controlled data. Desirable Skills CMII or equivalent Configuration Management certification. Experience working with customer stakeholders in a liaison role. Familiarity with APQP and related standards. Understanding of sensitive data environments. Knowledge of European languages. Minimum 5 years' experience in Configuration Management in a technical or data-centric environment.
