We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to be based out of offices in Basingstoke predominantly, with regular visits to another office in Maidenhead, and who will offer remote / deskside support to various locations across the South. Reporting to the Desktop Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader, the successful candidate will take ownership and responsibility of queries, incidents and service requests, changes assigned to the Desktop support queues and follow departmental and Capita procedures for fault resolution. What you will do: Take ownership of queries, incidents and service requests. Complete approved work requests within the agreed SLA. Purchasing of authorised hardware and software. Your experience will include: Supporting Windows 7. Experience troubleshooting Office 2010 and 2013. Solid SLA management exposure.
